1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all sales, deliveries, and payments processed through the Cyndium webshop, operated by Salvini Int. (hereafter referred to as “Cyndium”) via www.webshop.cyndium.com. By placing an order, you explicitly agree to these terms and conditions. Cyndium reserves the right to amend or supplement these terms, with any changes published on our website. The use of this website and these terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved under Dutch jurisdiction.

2. Agreement & Conditions
Once you place an order and receive an order confirmation email from www.webshop.cyndium.com, a legal agreement is established between you and Cyndium. Cyndium reserves the right to refuse online orders without providing a reason. Until full payment is received, the products remain the property of Cyndium.
We strive to keep the website current, but some products may be temporarily unavailable. If this occurs, you will be notified via email, and any payment made will be refunded within 14 days.

3. Prices & Delivery

  • Pricing: All prices on the website include VAT (21%) but exclude shipping costs. Domestic shipping within the Netherlands is free shipping for orders above €75,-, otherwise it is €7.25. For other countries, shipping rates will vary and are based on standard PostNL rates, generally ranging from €13,- to €20,-. Free shipping for the rest of the world is for orders above €120,-.
  • Price Adjustments: Cyndium is not liable for errors in pricing due to entry or printing mistakes. No rights can be derived from incorrect price listings. Special offers are clearly marked and remain valid while stock lasts. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for, which will be honored at the agreed-upon price at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping & Delivery: Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days after payment is received. Legally, delivery must occur within 14 days of payment. Should there be a delay, you will be informed within 24 hours. All orders are shipped via PostNL. Please note that for non-EU deliveries, additional import duties may apply at delivery, which are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Force Majeure: Cyndium is not liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure events, which include but are not limited to, unforeseen events such as fire, system failures, governmental actions (e.g., import restrictions), and logistical disruptions. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded promptly. If the force majeure situation is temporary, Cyndium may opt to delay fulfillment until the issue is resolved. Cyndium cannot be held accountable for damages or penalties due to delays caused by force majeure.

4. Payment

Payment can be completed using one of the following methods, as selected during the checkout process:

  • iDEAL: Available for Dutch customers through online banking.
  • Credit Card: Payments via MasterCard and VISA are accepted, processed securely through an SSL-encrypted server.
  • PayPal: Customers can also use their PayPal accounts for transactions.

Your payment details are treated with strict confidentiality. Cyndium does not access your credit card information; this data is only handled by Mollie, our payment provider. Payment is considered complete when credited to Cyndium’s bank account.

5. Returns
We strive to provide comprehensive product information, but if a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 21 days of receipt. Indicate the reason for the return and fill in the return form. The return period starts on the date the item is delivered to the address you provided. All products purchased from Cyndium can be returned. To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order through the webshop. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Important Return Guidelines:

  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased from www.webshop.cyndium.com and must be posted to a delivery service within 21 days of receipt.
  • Exchanges follow the same process as returns; place the item as a return, send it back, and order a new one.

Conditions for Accepted Returns:

  • Send an email to shop@cyndium.com with your ordernumber and reason of return, you will receive then a return form which you need to fill.
  • The return form must be completed fully; incomplete forms will not be accepted, and you will be notified via email.
  • Products should show no signs of wear, including stains, odors, or damage.
  • Items must have the original labels attached and be in their original packaging.
  • If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately at shop@cyndium.com.

Refunds, including shipping costs (for complete returns), will be processed within 14 days, minus any loss in value due to damage or wear.

Complaints
We make every effort to deliver products in perfect condition. If you discover a defect or error, please email shop@cyndium.com, and we will address your issue promptly. Please follow the care instructions provided with clothing items. Any complaints related to deviations from the specified washing instructions, makeshift repairs, or worn items will be considered invalid. Cyndium is not liable for compensation beyond the value of the defective product.

6. Data Privacy
Cyndium treats all personal data with confidentiality. Sensitive information will not be shared with third parties and is only used for fulfilling your orders. If you no longer wish to receive communication from us, please use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails. As per the Personal Data Protection Act, you can review, change, or rectify your data at any time. For details, please see our ‘Privacy & Cookie Statement.’
